Speaker: Billy Tilotta and Mark Zilberman

This webcast will inform participants about recent accounting and financial reporting developments at the FASB. Additionally, it will provide an update on the SEC and PCAOB financial reporting and regulatory matters. Participants will come away with knowledge of recent accounting pronouncements issued by the FASB, financial reporting focus areas by the SEC and recent impactful guidance from the PCAOB.

Billy Tilotta, Moss Adams
Billy has over 20 years of public accounting experience and is an Audit Partner in the Houston office of MossAdams. He provides audit and consulting services to both public and private companies in the oil field services and manufacturing/distribution industries, assisting them with due diligence services, consolidations, and private offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Moss Adams in 2002, Billy was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).

Mark Zilberman, Moss Adams
Mark has practiced public accounting since 2000. Mark has been an audit partner for 6 years, of which, 4 years as an SEC signing partner on accelerated and non-accelerated registrants. His primary experience includes audits of mid-size public and private enterprises in the oil and gas upstream (exploration and production), oilfield services, manufacturing and distribution, and construction sectors. He has also provided audit services to large public and private enterprises in upstream energy sector.

Mark's background includes assisting both public and private clients with a variety of significant transactions, including public and private common and preferred stock offerings as well as private placements of debt and equity. He has substantial experience with registration statements on Forms S-1, S-3, S-4, and S-8, and in reviews of quarterly and annual filings on Forms 10-Q and 10-K, respectively.
Prior to Moss Adams LLP, Mark worked in the Houston energy practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP as an audit senior manager with a focus on mid-size and large SEC registrants.

Mark is the Houston Energy Practice Leader.
