Webinar

Topic: The Future of Finance: Intelligent Automation and the Finance Workforce
Speaker: Cody Chenault & Chris George

Summary: COVID-19 events disrupted business in many ways. For Finance, we see COVID-19 accelerating the trend towards using Intelligent Automation (“IA”) to optimize performance and efficiency.  This trend is not only for Finance but for other SG&A functions as well. Even Operations is rapidly applying IA. With barriers to change at an all-time low, CFOs have the opportunity to reimagine their organizations and transform them to blended models that balance traditional on-site and remote workers with digital tools and managed services.  Even CFOs who have not started transitioning to this model will find these digital technologies so easily adaptable that they may not even need to bring some workers back to a physical location as they reopen post-COVID.  In this session, A&M will share ideas on how to navigate common pain points, including: multiple legacy systems, challenges with data extraction, poor use of software investments and business process management / continuity.  The time has come to consider how and when to augment the human workforce with digital workers to allow for scale and growth while also improving Finance decision-making to add real value.
