Lisa Bordelon, Vice President Executive Sponsor, Lockton Companies

Lisa is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group and Employee Benefits practice within Lockton. She has consulted with C-Suite leadership for over 20 years and her clients are private/public employer plan sponsors and private equity sponsors.

Lisa’s expertise is with large complex self-funded Health & Welfare plans; in addition to, risk management consulting and due diligence for M&A transactions, brokerage for Reps & Warranties insurance placements, and Contingent/D&O/Tax/ Environmental liability in the middle market sector.

Paul Botkin, Vice President, Integrated Absence Solutions, Lockton Companies

Paul is the Lockton Dunning Benefits' subject matter expert for disability consulting and leave administration. Paul advises LDB’s clients on our integrated leave, disability and integrated health solutions. He has 39 years of experience in advising clients on the design, funding and administration of their integrated disability and life insurance programs. In this capacity, Paul has worked with both public and private sector clients ranging in size from 500 to 300,000+ employees.

He consults with corporate and insurance carrier clientele in the areas of file audits, process improvement, Social Security filing assistance, outside vendor interface and diagnosis-based protocol for total disability management.

Allison Witt, Vice President, Lockton Financial Services, Lockton Companies

Allison is a member of Lockton Financial Services. She participates in all aspects of strategizing, marketing, negotiating, and placing of complex executive liability programs for her clients. She works on accounts spanning a variety of industries including publicly traded and large privately-held companies. Drawing upon her experience in practicing law, Allison is able to provide the necessary advocacy for clients with any claims coverage issues.

Prior to joining Lockton Companies, Allison was a litigator for a practice that focused primarily on defending causes of action covered by the firm’s commercial general liability policies for clients. Specifically, Allison defended personal injury, construction defect, breach of contract, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices, and products liability lawsuits. Additionally, she handled many aspects of mass tort litigation and multidistrict litigation which are similar in nature to class action practice. Allison managed her own trial docket and handled cases from inception to settlement or trial.
