Joanne Howard - Vice President, Sustainability & Corporate Communications, Crestwood Equity Partners LP
Joanne Howard is vice president of sustainability and corporate communications for Crestwood Equity Partners LP.  She is responsible for managing and advancing sustainability practices at Crestwood and integrating sustainability into strategic planning, policies, communications, and employee engagement activities. Joanne manages external reporting of Crestwood’s programs and performance, including the publication of Crestwood’s annual sustainability report.  She also manages Crestwood’s community investment program ensuring investments achieve the greatest societal and business benefit.

Prior to joining Crestwood in 2018, Howard was the director of sustainability at Spectra Energy for six years before overseeing the combining of sustainability programs with Enbridge as part of the merger in 2017. Before that she was the vice-consul for energy and environment at UK Trade & Investment located at the British Consulate-General in Houston.  Here, Joanne worked extensively on a range of sustainability and energy policy issues including energy security, renewables and climate policy.

Joanne graduated from the University of Bristol with a masters in international relations.

She currently serves on the board of the British American Foundation of Texas and the Awty International Alumni Association.

Tanya Levy-Odom – Director, Investment Stewardship (BIS) Americas, BlackRock
Ms. Levy-Odom is a member of BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship team in the Americas. She has coverage responsibility for the Consumer Sector. BIS evaluates the corporate governance of companies in which BlackRock invests, including the assessment of environmental and social factors material to a company’s business operations. The team engages with companies to build mutual understanding regarding governance expectations, risk mitigation and long-term financial performance. Prior to joining the BIS Americas team, Ms. Levy-Odom served as the Executive Director of Investor Relations at Time Inc. Additionally she served as the firm’s Corporate Responsibility Officer. Prior to joining Time Inc., she was a Vice President and Domestic Equity Analyst at Alliance Bernstein, responsible for equity forecasting and stock recommendations in the Consumer sector.

Marc Siegel - Partner, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, EY; Board Member, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)
Marc Siegel is a partner in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. He joined the Sustainability Accounting Standard Board (SASB) in 2019 to develop industry specific metrics for sustainability information. He was also a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Siegel also participated as the FASB observer in the EnhancedDisclosure Task Force of the Financial Stability Board, the International Reporting Council and the Corporate Reporting Dialogue. Mr. Siegel’s areas of expertise include revenue recognition, leases, current expected credit losses and sustainability reporting. He holds a BS in Economics from Wharton School of Business and is a CPA.

Robyn Bew – West Region Leader, EY Center for Board Matters
As the West Region leader for EY’s Center for Board Matters, Robyn works with board members and executive teams on a wide range of corporate governance and strategy issues.

Robyn joined EY from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where she led the organization’s Advisory Councils serving committee chairs of Fortune 500 companies, authored NACD’s flagship Blue Ribbon Commission reports, and was a faculty member for NACD’s director education programs. 

Prior to NACD, Robyn was a principal at Tapestry Networks, where she ran networks of large-cap corporate directors and was a leader of the firm's work on bank governance and board-shareholder engagement issues.

Robyn has been a featured speaker and writer on governance topics: appearances include AgendaWeek, Bloomberg BNA, CFO Magazine, Corporate Secretary, Directors and Boards, and ICGN. She has served on the Research Advisory Council for JUST Capital and the Methodology Advisory Committee for Ethisphere’s World’s Most Ethical Companies.

Earlier in her career, Robyn was a senior director at CEB (now Gartner) and a management consultant at Monitor Group.
