Brian Cothran, global commercial vice president for Baker Hughes GE’s Oil Field Equipment business, will speak on emerging technologies and the next big frontier in oil and gas and LNG production in the US and around the world

Brian Cothran is the Commercial Vice President for BHGE’s Oil Field Equipment business. In this role, he is responsible for all commercial activity for the business globally. Brian joined GE in 1998 and has held several operating and commercial roles including President of GE Oil & Gas’ North America Region; Royal Dutch Shell Global Account Vice President; General Manager of GE Oil & Gas’ Flow & Process Technologies business; and General Manager of GE Energy’s service franchise in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Berry College and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Throughout his career he has lived and worked in seven countries. He and his wife have two children and live in Houston, Texas.

Juan Rodriguez  is a Sr. Director at Sysco.  He is leading the Service Delivery Model  Solutions Tower  for Sysco’s Finance Technology  Roadmap.  Prior to Sysco, Juan was a Finance and Procurement Executive at Applied Materials where he lead the company through major transformations.  Juan also helped many companies as an external consultant. Juan is a highly accomplished executive at visualizing, designing, transforming and leading large finance functions and business operations for Fortune 250 companies.  Juan’s experience includes cross functional integration and standardization, governance, cost management, benchmarking, performance management and metrics, project leadership, organization design and transformation improvements in large-scale global business shared services operations.

Prospective Member Form
Prospective Members must be submitted via the form link. All forms must be submitted for approval by the membership committee by 5:00 pm on the Wednesday before the meeting. Once approved, FEI will register prospects and inform the member or sponsor contact that the prospect has been approved to attend. This is applicable to anyone bringing a prospective member.

CPE Credit is offered for the PD Session and the Dinner Presentation.  One (1) hour of CPE is offered for each program.  There is not pre-requisite preparation or experience required.
