Adam Spencer
BBVA Compass Bank

Adam Spencer has been in the financial services industry for the past 20 years and started his career as an in-store retail banker at JP Morgan Chase in 1997. Through his tenure at JPM, Adam served in many different sales management capacities. He started progressing from Branch Management into running De Novo District Management Teams and eventually was promoted to a Market Manager at JPMC where he led the South TX Retail market covering 110 Locations, and over 800+ Team Members prior to joining BBVA Compass in 2011.

In 2011, Adam joined BBVA Compass Bank as the SETX Consumer Segment Executive where at the time he helped execute the sales and strategy for the Region, and also managed the Direct Mortgage Sales. Since 2013, Adam was promoted into organizing and developing the U.S. Merchant Acquiring business for BBVA Compass Bank as the Director of Merchant Acquiring. Adam is responsible for the strategy of the acquiring business for both the Retail and Commercial Bank, and also manages the relationship with First Data, who is BBVA Compass’ Acquiring Partner.

Jason Ritchie
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas - Houston Branch

For more than 15 years, Jason Ritchie has enjoyed a challenging career at the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, which combines his background in engineering and information technology with economics and monetary policy. As Assistant Vice President, Jason leads a diverse team in the planning, implementation, and operation of information management systems across all 12 Federal Reserve districts. He also holds supervisory responsibilities for the operational budget and IT projects of Houston.

Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Jason worked at NASA, where he managed software assurance issues for the International Space Station. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Jason is a member of the Texas A&M Banking Program Board of Directors as well as a member of the Greater Houston Partnership Cybersecurity Task Force representing financial services, through which he collaborates and speaks on the improvement of cybersecurity health of Houston businesses and citizens. Related to this effort, he has established the Advisory Board for Eastwood Academy’s Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, a linked learning program in a Houston ISD high school.  Jason is an active member of his church and community along with his wife, Ella, and their four children. He enjoys studying and teaching the Bible and entertaining friends and family.


Angela Haun
FBI Houston Division

Special Agent Angela Haun entered on duty with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in March 1998. Agent Haun has served in the Chicago Division, the Office of Congressional Affairs and the Cyber Division at FBI Headquarters, and the Houston Division.

Agent Haun has received numerous awards for her work at the FBI, including the Director’s Award for Outstanding Criminal Investigation. In April 2015, Agent Haun received a “Citation for Special Achievement,” signed by then FBI Director James Comey, for her dedication and hard work supporting the Houston Members Alliance – one of the most robust InfraGard chapters in the country. Agent Haun received the award for “InfraGard Coordinator of the Year” from the InfraGard National Members Alliance in 2013 and 2016.

Robert Rosdorff
BBVA Compass Bank

Robert has over 30 years in managerial financial intermediary roles including finance, operations, information technology and product development. Robert currently manages industry-transformative digital, financial solutions for business, government and consumer use cases in BBVA’s real-time DDA environment. BBVA teams with innovative partners to deliver a disruptive, integrated global payments and commerce ecosystem to drive value in working capital, transaction work flows and risk management for bank clients and their trading partners in multiple segments.

Dom Morea
First Data Corporation

Dom Morea is Senior Vice President, Business Development at First Data Corporation where he is responsible for the creation and growth of enterprise-level, strategic and commercial relationships. Morea was formerly SVP, Advanced Solutions & Innovation where he was responsible for leading the company’s efforts in transformational initiatives such as: Mobile Commerce, Loyalty Solutions and heading First Data’s Innovation Labs & User Experience team.  He has led the development of new partnerships and innovative commerce solutions with companies ranging from iconic brands to start-ups such as: Apple, Bank of America, Citibank, ExxonMobil, Foursquare, Google, Gyft, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Tim Horton’s, Unicredit Bank and Wells Fargo.

Morea has been with First Data since 2004, when he returned to the company as Senior Vice President of Product & Business Development overseeing product management for the Company’s acquiring business which serves millions of merchants globally.

He recently formed and served on the board of Cardlinx and has previously been a board member or advisor to companies such as: The Smart Card Alliance, ViVOtech, The Red Cross and PNC Merchant Services.  Morea has been a featured speaker at a number of payment and mobile industry events such as: CTIA, Cartes, Money 2020, Mobile Word Congress, NACHA and the NRF’s Big Show and a sought-after subject matter expert in the payments & electronic commerce space.

Prospective Members must be submitted via the form link. All forms must be submitted for approval by the membership committee by 5:00 pm on the Wednesday before the meeting . Once approved, FEI will register prospects and inform the member or sponsor contact that the prospect has been approved to attend. This is applicable to anyone bringing a prospective member.
